Treatment #4 Nanay’s Alkaline Juice (Vegetable)

April 2, 2010
“Let food be your medicine and medicine be your food.”Hippocrates, 400 B.C.”
and in
Daniel Chapter 1
12 “Please test your servants for ten days: Give us nothing but vegetables to eat and water to drink. 13 Then compare our appearance with that of the young men who eat the royal food, and treat your servants in accordance with what you see.” 14So he agreed to this and tested them for ten days. 15 At the end of the ten days they looked healthier and better nourished than any of the young men who ate the royal food. 16 So the guard took away their choice food and the wine they were to drink and gave them vegetables instead.

17 To these four young men God gave knowledge and understanding of all kinds of literature and learning. And Daniel could understand visions and dreams of all kinds.

Nanay has been on the 20th day of the 42 day vegetable juice fast as part of her first line of defense against cancer. On the 6th day of the fast, she told me that the pain on her wrists (due to artritis) is gone. She can still move around, cook for the family once in a while, tend to her garden, make her juice, and do her 2x a day coffee enema. Sometimes, she would even make a trip to the nearby Cold Storage to buy some supplies.

Interested to know the recipe? Here it is (Courtesy of Philippine BReast Cancer Network)

300 gms RED beet root
400 gms carrots
30 gms radish
100 gms Celery Stems
70 gms marble potatoes

This recipe is enough to make about 600ml of juice. Enough for 1 person to sip throughout the whole day.

1. Must be all organic
2. Must be juiced with the skins still intact (we just brush it well over running water)
3. Must be juiced in the same day and drank within the same day

Buying Organic Veggies is not really a chore for me, since we got to know an Organic Farm in Singapore delivering our week’s supply of organic vegetables every Friday. The cost of buying from this farm is much much lower than buying from organic stores or even Cold Storage. For example, at Cold Storage 500 gms of organice carrots costs $7sgd, while our supplier sells carrots for $4 sgd per 500gms.

Equipment needed: knife, kitchen weighing scale and a juicer (not blender) and a wire mesh filter (for squeezing extra juice from the pulp).

Oh! this will actually produce a lot of pulp. You do not have to throw it away. You can use them as natural facial or body scrub. Nanay use it as a compost for her garden soil. Please note that this veggie juice is not only for cancer patients. I joined Nanay during the 5 day intro program in Tiaong, I lost almost 6kg drinking this juice only for 5 days. On my 1st day during this fast, I had headache the whole day, on the 2nd day I had a sudden burst of energy, then on the 3rd day, I was so weak that I have to sleep the whole day, on the 4th and 5th day I can even play with Zarah and follow her around taking her pictures while riding the donkey.

I also have to mention that she drank 1 mug of fresh tumeric (yellow ginger) juice for 42 days . To support her liver in the detoxification process– she took coffee enema as well for 42 days.

The most pleasant and most immediate result of this program is that her arthritis was healed.

There were also clinical trials conducted to prove that Curcumin (a susbtance present in turmeric/yellow ginger) inhibits the different types of cancer progression.
